Price
PerfectPunch.net has a unique pricing structure that rewards our customers based on the number of designs sent to us to be digitized. We charge per 1000 stitches and our quotes are an estimate on how many stitches the design will contain when it is complete. For this reason, we ask for a 15% +/- variance for all quotes. We stand behind our work and we will edit all designs at no charge if you are not 100% satisfied. All our designs are sewn out prior to sending them to our customers to ensure the highest quality- this is very rare with digitizers.

If you move from one price bracket to the next within any given month, you will be given a credit for future digitizing work. There is a minimum charge of $20 per design. Please note there will be no cash refund.

Editing
Editing is a service we offer to our current digitizing customers regardless of whether it is our original design or not. PerfectPunch.net will try our best to fix our competitions' work, but sometimes it is more cost effective to re-digitize the design than to fix poor quality. All designs digitized by PerfectPunch.net will be edited at no charge if there is something wrong with the design we sent to you. If you need sizing or other types of edits to the design, please see below:
 Add new digitized design onto the original design: We charge by the new portions stitch count with a minimum charge of $20.
Change design size: A 1% to 5% decrease or increase in size can be done for a minimum charge of $20.
More than 5% change in size : This will most likely have to be re-digitized and would be charged by the stitch count of the design. If it does not need to be re-digitized then we would charge the minimum.
Change in density - Increase: minimum charge of $20.
Change in density - Decrease: minimum charge of $20.
Design flaw cause by PerfectPunch: Free, but this is very rare because all designs are sewn out before they are sent to our customers.
When you need editing of your design, please send the scanned embroidered image of the design in question.
