Your design is checked twice to your specifications, both before we start the digitization process and after we finish. After the final check, your design is sewn out to ensure a perfect sew before we send it to you.
Additionally, your design will be checked and compared with your order form. If the information on the order form is incomplete, we will get in touch with you to solicit more information and instructions. This will guarantee a quality product and promote our policy of "sending the right design, the first time".
Please feel free to download some of our sample designs below at no charge. They are in Tajima.dst format and can be run on your machine to check the quality of our product and see what we have done for a few of our satisfied customers.
